Group BookingsThe group booking fee is $20 per bowler, and there is a minimum charge for 20 bowlers ($400). A $400 deposit is required to secure your event date, and the cancellation policy is up to two weeks before your event date for a deposit refund. Your rental fee would include access to our clubhouse which includes the use of our kitchen and washrooms; our PA system for announcements and music; our lawn bowling equipment and introductory lesson provided by our volunteer instructors. Also included is the use our BBQ grill with propane. We do not provide food services, however, you may bring in your own food or hire your own caterer. We are also licensed to serve liquor by request. Bartending service is no extra charge.
